RESERVATION POLICY
Please read carefully our "Reservation and Cancellation Policy" during your online reservation process.
Securing your reservation with payment means you accept our “Terms and Conditions” on both of our “Reservation and Cancellation Policies”.
Children
+12 years and older are allowed due quiet & intimate atmosphere. -12 years old are welcome until 6pm for a confirmed Daypass visit or family season from April til December 26th. Contact us at info@libelulatulum.com for any. Typically sharing existing bed and or/a premium inflated bed if available may be added upon request.
Handicap
Our facilities are not handicap adapted
Pets & Service animals
Service animals, emotional support animals and Pets are not allowed.
Upon previous request to the Hotel and confirmation of room availability for that designated use, only small service dogs are allowed. One per room, with a mandatory fee of 2,500 pesos per stay (upto 5 nights), and if following these conditions: trained, hygene protocol, original vaccinate certificate, less than 5kgs, and quiet. Never to be left alone or unattended in the room, to use the hotel bed/linens, and use leash on common areas. In case of any damage, extra charges will apply and owner will fully cover them before check out. Hotel doesn´t provide pet beds, pet baskets or pet bowls.
Rates
Rates are display in US dollars and do not include taxes (16% VAT & 5% Lodging tax) unless clearly specified. Are based on double occupancy per night on king size bed. If a third guest must be included, there is a charge of $110 USD per night + taxes per adult, or 65 USD per night + taxes per child -12 years old. The use of any PROMOCODE provides always a Non-Refundable Cancellation policy promotion rate.

Reservations
100% payment including taxes is required to secure your reservation. Credit card accepted. (Visa, MasterCard, Carnet, Discover, Diners Club and AMEX). We received payment in cash in USD or MXN.
Libelula Tulum reserves the right to relocate or cancel reservations in advance in case of a complete purchase (buyout) of the property requested by others
Currency
Booking will be made in USD, but payment will be charge in the country’s currency: Mexican Peso, where the hotel is located. The prices shown in other currencies are only for informational purposes for the online process, and are subject to exchange rate variations according to the payment date.
Check in
At 15:00 hrs. For late arrival (+21hrs) reply to your reservation to coordinate, as our night staff is limited english-spoken. When arriving earlier, we´ll be glad to keep your luggage safe while enjoying the restaurant, beach club and facilities. Early Check in: subject to availiability and previous request, we´ll provide with a fee of 50 USD + tax.
Check Out
At 12:00 hrs (noon). In case of later departure, we will gladly keep your luggage safe while enjoy all hotel facilities. Late Check out: subject to availability and previous request, we will extend your check out no longer than 16:00hrs with a fee of 80 USD + taxes.
Restrictions

Hair Dryer or Ironing, Shaving machine or any device with resistance, as may damage our generator. Charges will apply.

To maintain our wetland system, we supply and only allow organic toiletterie in rooms.
Food, Alcohol & Non-Alcohol Beverages
When consumed in the Hotel common areas shall be provided exclusively by the hotel. If guest choose to bring their own food or drinks, uncork services will apply at your check out time. This prices are available in our menu, otherwise, can be request in advance.
Allergies or Specific condition
Guest is responsabile us know in advance via email if we must be aware of any special condition or illness (allergies or other). The Hotel will provide specific service to that request.
Ambience
We would like to ask our guests to be mindful about noise when staying with us specially after 23:00 hrs, to respect other guests. When special ocassion or event will happen, guests should be contacted to be notified to decide weather to cancel their reservation, or keep reservation without any liability for the hotel.
Safety Deposit
Hotel will retain a deposit of 250 USD per booking, to guarantee payment of any damage being made by guest or their party on the rooms or common areas. This deposit will be released no later than 2 days after check out, when being confirmed everything is good.
Guest External Invitees
For privacy and safety reasons, they must be announced and registered. The accesss is maximum for 2 persons per room and is subject to space availability on the common areas. For no reason, external invitees can be inside the guest room.
Liability
We are not responsable for inclement weather or eventual sargasso arrival.
The Hotel shall have no liability to the Guest and/or the Guest's invitees, visitors, employees, sub-contractors or invitees for any special, indirect, consequential loss or damage. Libelula Tululm Hotel total liability shall, wherever permitted by law, be limited to the value of this Agreement.
The Guest shall indemnify the Hotel against any/all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from or by the booking, function, the Guest, his/her invitees, visitors or any service provider engaged by the Guest.
Guests are encouraged to lock their rooms at all times unattended. Guests should take note that the Hotel does not accept responsibility whatsoever for theft from the Hotel premises or from rooms in the Hotel. The Guest is advised to use the safety box located at each room to keep safe all their valuables.
The Guest shall be responsible for any damage caused to the rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment therein caused by or attributable to any act, omission, default or neglect of the Guest, his/her invitees, visitors or service providers engaged by the Hotel and will pay to the Hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage. For the purpose of this clause, acts or omissions of the guests, invitees, employees and/or subcontractors shall be deemed acts of the Guest.
Right to refuse accommodation
Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:
a. The booking has been paid through fraudulent means
b. The booking has been altered by anyone other than hotel authorized agent or has been tampered with or the booking confirmation has been defaced (in which case Hotel reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
c. The person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the booking confirmation
Changes to these terms & conditions
Hotel reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the hotel website and/or change, amend, vary or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions as made available on the hotel website. The terms and conditions hereby outlined may be subject to change.
